This funding opportunity seeks to bring together 45 Indian and Afghan Access administrators from ongoing programs along with representatives from potential partner organizations for a three and a half-day (3½-day) training program in India. This training will help the participants to get familiarized with new procedures, learn intricacies of the new application process, understand the strict financial regulations, and enhance their capacities to deliver the program as per required expectations. The prime objective of this PAS Delhi funded program is not just to strengthen the Access program implementation, but to emphasize the need to build in better evaluation procedures and alumni engagement strategies to gauge the program impact.

Project Goal: By the end of this training, participants will be comfortable with the new Access program procedures, reporting technicalities, and the new proposal submission process. It will be clear to them that the funding is contingent upon program implementation as per given guidelines and successful demonstration of impact not just on the lives of the recipients but also in term of attitudinal change in the community.

The training site in India will require a final approval from the Regional English Language Office in New Delhi.
Trained Access administrators subsequently submit better reporting and highlights, as evidenced by regular submission of said reports/highlights that are reviewed by the Access Country-wide manager.
Trained Access administrators either reactivate an established Community of Practice, or form a new one, as evidenced by at least (4) group emails circulated and (1) conference call held each month.
Contribute to an Alumni engagement strategy to ensure program participants receive continued support and opportunities
