The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)
DUTIES: The Resource Coordination Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Resource Coordination Specialist,
and is the PD LE Staff responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the PD Section. Supports the Public
Engagement and Strategic Content Coordination (SCC) specialists and coordinators for exchanges and other public
engagement programs and activities. Supports grants administration; tracks and collaborates on PD budgets and
expenditures. Responsible for tracking and submitting PD section time & attendance, staff travel reimbursements, E2,
representation, vouchers, correspondence, and other administrative tasks; manages program calendars. Maintains and
operates simultaneous interpretation equipment and advanced sound system to meet Mission goals. Serves as the primary
point of contact for the PD Section, ensuring that visitors receive accurate and timely information with the highest levels of
customer service.
EDUCATION: An associate’s degree or two years of full-time university studies in Business Administration, Financial
Management, Organizational Management, Accounting, Public Administration, Economics, or a local equivalent field is
required.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in administrative services, procurement,
customer service, or events management is required.
LANGUAGE: Level 3 (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Level 4 (Fluent)
Speaking/Reading/Writing French is required this may be tested.
