Job profile
For a strategic program with a multiple stakeholders, our client (a leading telecom company in Belgium) are looking for an experienced and motivated coordinator profile who is passionate about technology and bringing the right people together
You will be key player in an Agile environment interfacing between business, 3rd parties and internal technology teams, responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered
You will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as connecting stakeholders, mapping requirements into technical specifications , monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and evaluating customer requests and translating them into technical deliverables
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing leadership to the technology teams and support in case of issues/escalations
- Advising and coaching team members
- Managing the delivery planning and dependencies between teams
- Understanding customer needs and providing the best service possible
