Creative Content Associate
Tostan’s mission is to empower communities to develop and realize their vision of the future and to inspire large-scale movements towards dignity for all. Tostan is a non-profit organization based in Thies, Senegal, operating in five West African countries (Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia).
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Fluency in French and English required; Proven professional experience in a similar role with a solid portfolio demonstrating your creative expertise (photography, videography, graphic design, etc.); Expertise using and overseeing the production of websites, online communities, videos, webinars, infographics and other multimedia web content; Proficiency in multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve and other relevant editing software; A solid understanding of SEO principles, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies; Creative and innovative mindset, with strong understanding of storytelling techniques, visual aesthetics, and audio visual production processes;
