Six (06) months contract with possible permanent contract

Key responsibilities

· ensure all our license management correspondence/submittals from sunbury to relevant partners in timely manner, create covering transmittal reference and execute with cm signature;

· ensure contractual obligations and requirements, deadlines and thresholds that prompt action items to happen;

· complete, update and maintain the license management & local office submittals tracking form/register (linked to the company server);

· ensure coordination and tracking of all external correspondence including incoming and outgoing correspondence with government entities and partners as required;

· generate reports to relevant (weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly reports and joint interest report);

· support head of country in routing correspondence, letters and documents, as required and other enquiries requested;

· record of administrative electronic and paper documents on the senegal transmittals folder;

· processing request from finance weekly cash advance for staff and visitors lunch ordering record office expenditure and manage the budget;

· organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;

· maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs with contractors;

· review and update health and safety policies and ensure they’re observed;

· manage occupancy of facility staff apartments and record feedback (and action) from users.

Profile :

· bachelor in administration;

· two (02) years of experience in the same position;

· knowledge and competencies:

o communication and influence;

o relationship management;

o manage contactors.
