Description de l’offre SANGOMAR PROJECT / TEMPORARY CONTRACT Do you have relevant experience in logistics? Do you have the ability to coordinate projects? This position is for you. We are looking for a Offshore Drilling Coordinator / Oil and Gaz sector (M/F) for one of our clients based in Dakar (Senegal). Drilling Coordinator I Oil and Gaz Sector Place of work: Dakar / Senegal • Contribute to the planned call-off and communication to Contractors of all Material and Equipment requirements from Contractors to achieve Development D&C objectives. • Fdlow the Company process for PSV arrivals / departure to/from Dakar Supply Base. • Assist Logistics Services Contractor with the tracking and reconciliation of irnported equipment and material as documented against the import licences, ensuring all equipment and material are identified and locations are specified, always documented and known. • Follow developed plans to ensure Logistics Services Contractor delivers fit for purpose logistics services for Supply Base activities • Monitor and report on logistics management systems and processes that support D&C campaign requirements and ensure process compliance and risk management is undertaken at all times • Monitor and report whether all aspects of logistics operational performance are being achieved — service delivery, HSE and cost • Monitor and report whether all aspects of logistics activities, including those related to dangerous goods, customs and taxes are conducted in accordance with the Company defined logistics standards and local regulatory requirements • Undertake D&C specific materials management processes and capability, including cataloguing, purchasing, tracking, manifesting, daily inventory management/documenting on and offsite and disposal of all D&C developrnent materials • Monitor freight forwarding, import, export and movement including delivery and return of all development D&C materials and equipment Profil • Master degree-oriented Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent, • Between 0, and 10-years post-graduation experience in a similar position Monitor, report and work with logistics Services Contractor to ensure environmental and waste management obligations and commitments are met, as defined in environmental plans and auociated documents Please send your CV and cover letter to the following e-mail dress : … Sangomar project Type of contract : 2 years of temporary employment with the possibility of a permanent contract | |
