Applications are now open for the Together CK: Events Grant Program 2022.
Together CK (originally called the Community Partnership Fund) was established by Council in 2000, as a grant program using matching funding to promote community events within Chatham-Kent. Since its inception, the municipal grant program has leveraged over municipal investment into $15+ million dollars’ worth of community development projects and events, and has encouraged widespread civic engagement and community improvement.

Funding Information
Community Events: Applicants can request 50% of an event’s budget up to a maximum of $5,000.
Significant Community Events: Applicants can request 50% of an event’s expenses for the first $5,000 of the budget and 25% of expenses for the balance of the budget up to a maximum of $25,000. Municipal fees (i.e. park fees, public works, police, fire and EMS, etc.) will be the financial responsibility of the event organizers. Event organizers can elect to have the grant administrator complete an intra-company transfer to cover municipal departments expenses.
