Description de l’offre Tionale Pte Ltd Export Sales and Business Development Job Description: *This position will be part of our Global Trading team and will involve Managing sales to assigned customer accounts & new Business Development across Asian markets. The key responsibilities would include:* Researching business opportunities/organisations in Asian markets and identifying new sales leads to sell our products* Identifying business strengths versus customer needs and proposing solutions to generate new business* Building customer in unexplored markets by studying business potential and understanding industry trends* Meeting annual sales targets.* Regular travel (according to safe new norms) to assigned countries for sales and new business generation.* Develop knowledge of the key product lines, market trends and pricing patterns to make focused offers to customers on a daily basis.* Build a sustainable business relationships with the customers, effectively negotiate and optimize the margins.* Negotiation of contracts with customers and suppliers* Receivables management for assigned customer accounts including follow up for payments.*Key Requirements: *This is a front end export Sales position and the ideal candidate will have prior work experience in handling export sales in the region/ Asian markets.* Bachelors degree* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Stakeholder management skills* Proven ability to negotiate* Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy* The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team* Experience working to and exceeding targets* Good Sales Closing skills* Good knowledge of data analysis using Microsoft Excel.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:* International Sales: 2 years (Required)Education:* Bachelor’s or equivalent (Required)Location:* Singapore (Required) | |
