the purpose of the Job is to:
– Enhance the effectivness of controls in a context of changes: Network mordernization, 3G, Expension.
– Maintain over time a level of procedures and controls in accordance with the requirements of corporates policies
– Develop and adjust procedures and controls accordingly to network technology and new products offered
– Manage and follow risks assesments at all level of the company

Develop and implement controls procedures for internal audit, Revenue assurance and risk management. for this purposes:

– Establish an annual audit plan accordingly to the company development plan
– Design work programs of the teams
– Write and update the Manaul op operational procedures if needed
– Ensure the implementation and monitoring of recommendations made by external auditors
– Make recommendations for processes improvment to CFO/CEO if needed
– Support the company to comply with all requirements set by corporate governance rules :
– MIC Policies
– SOX
– Code of ethics

Minimize loss of revenue that may result from a lack of monitoring or poor control environement. for this purpose:
– Develop reporting on network activity, billing and collection of income realized
– Review and validate all the controls related to revenue cycle
– Review and validate controls for reconciliation from switch to billing, and more generally of all plateforms
– Ensure the level of security is appropriate enough to avoid any abuse of company assets or systems

Ensure control of invoicing. for this purpose:
– Perform accounting reconciliations necessary to control completeness of the invoice
– Establish and implement a process control routine
– Prepare and coordinate random checks to detect possible fraud
– Check the correct level of pricing swstems used by services

Ensure motivation and professionalism of the staff. For this purpose:
– Motivate people: Teamwork, continuous imrpovment and performance
– Provide personal development programs
– Appraise the staff and promote the best

Ensure the responsibility of the risk management at company level. For this purpose:
– Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation
– Risk assessment, risk evaluation and risk reporting
– Carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance, making business continuity plans to limit risks
– Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organisation

minimum 3 Years
Financial Audit, Information system management
Master degree, certification or equivalent
Strong Knowledges in Telecommunications Engeniering is a plus
