The British Council is seeking an Exams Services Coordinator

Vacancy Description
The British Council SSA has an exciting fixed term contract opportunity for an Exams Services Coordinator in Senegal.

Pay band: 4/H
Location: Dakar, Senegal
Contract type: Fixed Term (until 31 December 2019)
Requirements: Applicants must have the existing legal status to live and work in Senegal
Closing date and time: 4 August 2019 (23:59 UK Time)
The Role Purpose:

Provide effective support for delivery of exams administration and operations in line with Examinations Customer Services Standards and to the satisfaction of customers and clients.

The Exams Services Coordinator profile
First degree or equivalent from a recognised university
Good level of spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
Dealing with customers and enquiries in a fast-paced service environment
Knowledge of Exams services
Experience with using SAP
