La People Partnering Organization est la plus grande partie de la nouvelle organisation RH. Pour activer notre modèle de prestation de services RH, nous avons mis en place une équipe de généralistes et de spécialistes basés dans de nombreux endroits à travers le monde.
Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons un partenaire qualifié en acquisition de talents (basé au Maroc) pour soutenir les recrutements en cours et jouer un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue de notre modèle de prestation de services RH.

Key responsibilities
The scope of this role will primarily cover Morocco, with extension to other countries within Med. Africa
Be the focal to the Business within specified geography on all recruitment-related matters.
Analyze recruiting metrics to ensure benchmarks are met or exceeded
Play a supervisory role for the onsite team of recruiters and recruitment Associates to collectively deliver on solid candidate experience as well as Hiring Manager experience, within the set KPIs.
Anchor recruitment for Senior Management roles
Interfaces with People Partner to support employee/ manager queries in creating job postings and attracting talent
Partner with PPO/HRBP on end-to-end recruitment
Third-party vendor management
Identify improvement opportunities in local processes and raise them
Play a lead role on local talent attraction & employer branding initiatives, ensuring we have multiple channels to deliver a steady pipeline for critical roles
Maintains regular follow up meeting and calls with the hiring managers to discuss the recruitment process status, identify possible derailers and find solutions.
Safeguard and ensure global COE policies and guidelines are being adhered to
Support implementation of global COE initiatives
Who we are looking for
You are a HR Professional, passionate about delivering excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience for every recruitment process.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
Solid experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex international organisation
Recruitment experience for both office-based and non-office based (frontline workers) particularly in the sector of transport, logistics, supply management etc. is beneficial
Ability to effectively engage and mobilise diverse local HR stakeholders
A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement
Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance
Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
Fluency in English , French and Arabic
Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates
