In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and lead the internal coordination of our fellowship program — supporting training, coaching, alumni engagement, and monitoring and evaluation. This is a key leadership position focused on strengthening the experience and outcomes of our Jambaars (teacher leaders), while ensuring our programming is well-structured, data-informed, and mission-aligned.
