Talent2Africa is the first digital pan-Africa recruitment platform, with offices present in Dakar, Abidjan and Nairobi. They are currently looking for a Digital & Growth Marketer that is ready to bring Talent2Africa to its next level.

You will be in charge of creating the best possible digital marketing machine for Talent2Africa. This machine will include various processes on growth hacking, outgoing communication on our online marketing channels and a great overview of incoming metrics.

All together should lead to a constant and increasing growth to both the acquisition as well as the satisfaction rate of the community.

Job purpose

• Define and develop digital marketing growth strategies and execute them
• Understand and analyze data coming from your colline campaigns using carious tools like Google analytics, SEO, Search Console and social media.
• Nunure, inform and maimain the (online) community of Talent2Africa
• Research new tools and (creative) ways to support the growth of the company
• Idemify and develop new creative ways to improve the digital marketing machine and support the team with data
• Mea sure and optimize actions and campaigns you have put in place

Profile

• 5 years of professional experience
• Passionate about the field of start-ups, growth hacking and digital marketing
• A good listener that understands the community and the purpose of the company, and simultaneously adds a critical mindset to it
• Data and resu h driver, fan of metrics and NB Testing, and suives for scalability
• Innovative, creative and analytical mindset who is relentless in pursuit of growth

A plus :

• Passionate about Africa and its future
• Entrepreneur minded/ Bootstrapper
• Can do attitude
• English and French speaker
• Design skills and/or Programming / Familiar with lean methods
