Job description

As Finance local representative:

Responsible for the project budget (annual, semiannual and quarterly)
Monthly project closings and financial reports
Analytical checks and transmission to the accounting firm for integration
Monitoring and control of accounting documents
Customer invoicing and payment followup
Monthly monitoring of cash and forecast cash flows
Responsible of payments of the branch (ensure budget alignment with business objectives)
Tracking bank statements and reconciliations
Analysis and verification of payroll entries
Order tracking in the internal software and BAP
Creation of presentations for internal reviews and business plans

As local Personnel Administration Officer:

Management of entries and exits
Local employment contracts
Update administrative files for each employee
Administrative followup of personnel and declarations to local social organizations
Internal Group mobility point of contact (facilitating geographical mobility, etc.)

Requested profile (degree/education /competencies):

Business school diploma or Master level in corporate finance, accounting, controlling
At ease to work in an international environment with a degree of autonomy
Good interpersonal and communication competencies
Previous experience in business control, audit or accounting
Fluent in French & English
