SRI Executive Search has been contracted to assist with the search for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Country Lead.
The Client is a health non-profit organization headquartered in Africa. They support community health workers to transform health outcomes for women and children. They seek to treat some of the deadliest but most easily preventable childhood diseases, ensure that they are fully vaccinated, and reach women of reproductive age with pregnancy support and family planning.
The position is responsible for leading the overall development, implementation and review of strategy and operations across Burkina Faso.
Required Qualifications
Education
The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree and professional qualification (MpH, MBA, MD)
Relevant Experience
- 13 to 15 years total experience with 7 to 9 years of managerial-level experience
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through Government and stakeholder engagements
- strategic thinking
- Program management, including partnership and operations
- Structured communication/presentation
- Experience in the private sector and not for profit
- Bilingual French and English (oral and written communications)
