DESCRIPTION DU POSTEContrat : Court-termeDate limite de candidature : 11/09/2020Lieu : Nigeria (Enugu)Projet : Institutional TA for implementation of the Enugu State Water LawThe main objective of the consultancy assignment is to provide institutional technical assistance to Enugu State Water Corporation and Ministry of Water Resources, for development and implementation of actions that would lead to increased autonomy of Enugu State Water Corporation, reorganization of ENSWC organization structure to make it more effective, promoting effective institutional arrangements in Enugu water sector, ensuring effective water laws and policies, improving performance and creating enabling environment for private sector investments.
QUALIFICATIONGraduated in Economics (Master or PhD) or any other relevant discipline, he/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in design and implementation of water supply projects in developing countries.
He/she must have knowledge on water utility financial operations and development of financial model.
A working experience with donors funded projects (and with AFD policies) will be an added advantage.
A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
