Projet : Technical Assistance Services to PROMOVE Transporte Programme
SOFRECO is preparing a tender for Technical Assistance Services to PROMOVE Transporte Programme in Mozambique, on issues of maintenance and development of rural roads, legal, contractual and institutional support. This is a large-scale project of 54 months, based in Maputo with several field missions in the country, with September 2020 as indicative starting date.
QUALIFICATION
We will present a pool of Non Key Experts, and are looking for a Road Safety Expert with knowledge of road safety issues in the context of rural roads maintenance and construction. This Road Safety Expert must speak Portuguese and English.
This expert will conduct several short-term missions during this 5 years project. The missions (schedule, ToR, budget) will be defined during the Technical Assistance implementation so the experts presented in the tender in this pool of NKE are not committed but will be contacted firstly for these short-term missions if we are awarded of this contract.
