As part of the A. P. Moller – Maersk Group, “Sealand Maersk” is serving the European and North African containerized market. Sealand is founded with the aim to enhance regional market focus. The company is a stand-alone legal entity and operates as a fully independent business unit. In total 75 vessels are operated by Sealand in the Europe & Med region.
We are looking for a customer centric, positive, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Executive to lead the way towards growing our market share, delivering volumes and revenue targets, identify & win new opportunities, Up-sell Additional services to existing customers, be a change agent with regards to digitization, and be a part of a winning team.

Key responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities•Deliver Ocean & Logistics services Targets•Identify and acquire new customers•Maintaining relationships with local and overseas client and relevant counterparts as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the sales & service delivery organization•Recommend product development initiatives driven by knowledge of client needs to trade & marketing as appropriate•Execute the sales plan, meet and exceed the business targets outlined in the KPI’s•Prepare and pre-plan sales visits, update relevant reporting system daily with good data•Build/create new relationships with potential customers while marinating, developing and following up with current ones•Drive Client Acquisition•Proactively map the market and identify the target segments•Actively develop new clients in predefined target segments•Consistently pursue lost customers to meet the sales budgets•Should be able to analyze customer’s supply chain•Should be able to offer effective & efficient supply chain solutions to the customer•Respond to all overseas queries regarding service in Morocco•Perform local direct handled Key Customer communication•Attend conference/meetings/webex with overseas offices to communicate strategy/training etc.•Coordinate projects for new service developments/standards in the cluster•Ability to communicate/coordinate internally to ensure that customer’s expectations is fulfilled as per the presented value proposition•Maintain a positive spirit and a “Can-Do” attitude, ensuring a pleasant, motivating & fun working environment•Express thoughts, desires, and ideas for personal training and development, as required to ensure optimal performance•Take initiatives for timely actions in all respects and whenever possible make suggestions for enhancements for the services, products, procedures and processes•Ensure that all dealings with internal & external parties are in line with the core values of AP Moller Group as well as the global vision and mission of Maersk Container Business
We are looking for•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field•2+ years of experience in commercial positions, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry•Sales experience•Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English is a MUST•Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM is desirable•Results oriented person and ability to work with targets•Must possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills•Strong client facing and excellent communication and influencing without authority skills•Must be self-motivated and able to follow direction and ability to work independently or as a team•Ability to work in a changing environment while maintaining a high levelPOSTULER
