ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL

Implementation of USGAAP at Francophile affiliates
Review and maintain foreign affiliate financial statements for US GAAP compliance
Support affiliate initiatives in the accounting / reporting / control areas.
Process and distribute financial statements on a timely basis
Provide compliance support for various areas such as SOX, Tax, inventory positions.
Preparation of month-end Division level close documentation
Participate in month-end Division close process and tie out of financial statements
Support Division for various quarterly and year end requirements
Preparation of yearend Division and audit support schedules
Travel to West African affiliate locations
High degree of professionalism

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

US CPA required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
6+ years of Big 4 Public Accounting Experience in the audit area
Experience reporting financials in accordance with US GAAP
Bilingual French required
High Ability to communicate effectively verbal and written, French and English
Proficient or advanced Excel skills
Experience with SAGE or Navision ERP a plus
