- Maintaining order in the office
- Receiving, recording and referring incoming correspondence and telephone calls
- Recording outgoing correspondences
- Setting up agendas for project manager.
- Arranging meetings and appointments.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Preparing and processing a variety of documents and materials.
- Assembling reports.
- Managing office supply inventory.
- Managing petty cash for lunch and office supply expenses.
- Managing airport greetings and pick up/drop off for outside visitors.
- Booking flights, hotel rooms and restaurants for business meetings.
- Maintaining a database of office equipment suppliers, subcontractors, local restaurants and hotels
Mastering of English language. Ability to speak/write Turkish will be a plus.
