For the EPC Company SAIPEM and the Senegal LNG project names Tortue, we are looking for a Project HSE Manager.

Location

• Paris, France for 10 months
• Then Senegal for 24 months

Role

• Prepares HSE documenation for all Saipem project activities in Mauritania and Senegal, from installation to commissioning
• Manage HSE teams on the Hub
• Interface with Partner, client and authorities on HSE aspects
• Assist the Project Engineering and Management Teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)
• Issue Risk Management spreadsheet (HAZID, Risk Assessment) related to vessels’ scope of work
• Follow together with Project Engineering Teams the updated vessels’ and yards’ scope of work
• Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plans and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life
• Participate in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment
• Follow-up and collect evidence of the action closure from various databases (HAZID; RA; audit; incident report)
• Take part in accident / incident investigation & Project HSE Audit
• Ensure the vessels and yards readiness according to Project HSE Requirements
• Provide necessary support to Project HSE Manager on various tasks according to Project criticalities and priorit
• Act as Project HSE referent for vessels and Hook up/commissioning teams involved in Project execution

Profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Offshore Project
• Good understanding of Offshore Project challenges (installation, vessel, equipment mobilization)
• Proficiency communicating regulations, risk management, and risk assessment skills
• Proficiency with written and email communication including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision-making is require.
