Rubyx recruits 01 DevOps and Security Engineer

Our clients are banks, microfinance institutions and digital platforms across the globe.
We are hiring a DevOps and security engineer with rich experiences in DevOps and security to manage our SaaS platform and its infrastructure in the cloud. You will use your knowledge and experience to ensure a reliable, secure and scalable digital lending platform.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of efforts related to the securing of Rubyx’ cloud infrastructure
- Develop, evangelize, and monitor the adoption of sound cloud security practices
- Identify and help mitigate security issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities related to the Rubyx services and platform
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure
- Orchestrate the pace of developments into live without regressions
- Monitor and maintain Rubyx SaaS platform in a healthy state in terms of reliability, performance and security
- Communicate with users and clients, incident management
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or Amazon Web Services
- Technical knowledge of systems in a multi-tenant, cloud native environment
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions
- Working experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform is preferred)
- Experience with Linux-based systems, including bash programming
- Understanding of security best practices and the implementation of ISO standard for SaaS solution provider
- Experience with logging systems and log analysis
- Experience working in site-reliability engineering, cloud security, or system engineering
- Experience with one or more programming languages (Python and Java, JavaScript or etc)

- Fluent in English, multilingual speaker is a plus.
