Training of professionals dealing with victims of domestic violence on the causes, consequences, possibilities of assistance and possibilities for enhancing inter-agency cooperation with a view to strengthening their knowledge and cooperation skills.
Creating and implementing a social program for sex buyers to change their attitudes and behavior, with the aim of preventing and combating the demand for prostitution and related human trafficking in Estonia.
Expected Results

The output indicator is the number of participants in trainings on domestic violence and the number of social programs created to change the attitudes and behavior of sex buyers.
As a result of all implemented projects, there must be:
trained at least 160 specialists in the causes, consequences, possibilities of assistance and possibilities of enhancing inter-agency cooperation in the field of domestic violence;
at least one social program has been established and implemented to change the attitudes and behavior of sex buyers, which has been completed by at least 12 sex buyers.

An eligible applicant is an Estonian NGO, university or a state professional higher education institution providing education in health care.

Eligible applications will be evaluated by experts on the basis of the following evaluation criteria:

Criterion 1: Background, competence and involvement of team members in project activities and involvement of partners;
Criterion 2: project action plan, target group consideration and methods of involving participants;
Criterion 3: Outreach activities;
Criterion 4: risk factors;
Criterion 5: Sustainability and innovation of the project;
Criterion 6: Economic efficiency and self-financing of the project.
