Develop the plan for potential markets and brands for company expansion, objectives and initiatives whether ready or in the pipeline.Assess and prioritise prospective markets to enter on a franchise basis to expand the company brandDevelop the format of a basic contractual agreement for franchising to ensure meeting the interests of boththe franchiser and the franchisee, and get a sign off from concerned partiesManage the franchise revenue and effecting payment instalments due from franchiseesCandidate RequirementsEngineering / Bachelor’s degree minimum with additional Sales / Marketing qualifications.Minimum of 10 year’s experience in the Sales & Marketing with proven record of successful development and management of Retail business across geographies.Advanced proficiency in downstream oil business, retail business expertise, and retail non-fuels business knowledgeAdvanced franchising, branding, and retail sales knowledgePour postuler, veuillez cliquer sur ce lien : www.robertwaltersafrica.com.
