RMO Sénégal recruits 01 HR Operations Partner
What You Will Do
As part of your work you will:
- Build and follow up the Local Content plan by working closely with the local content department;
- Build and connect strong relationship with all the social partners;
- Act as government relation officer;
- Negotiation with unions and staff representatives, recruitment, disciplinary processes, termination of employment contract;
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- First degree or Master degree in HR or related field;
- 4 to 8 years HR Generalist experience;
- Significant experience in payroll, personnel administration, CNSS and labor department processes;
- Ability to connect with different stakeholders;
- Good knowledge of local labor law;
- Strong command of French and English are essentials;
- Good leadership and has communication skills;
- Good IT skills;
- Friendly but assertive, details oriented;
- The ideal HR Operations Partner need to be flexible and has the ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
