key responsibilities
organizational:
communicate with colleagues and share insights on slack
utilise trello to update task status
weekly coordination and training with direct report

reporting:
update master sheets as required
analyse kpis performance of paid campaigns and optimise over time
monthly completion of performance marketing actuals vs targets in forecasts

functional:
monitor pacing of allocated spend by brand and channel
monitor account and campaign performance on a daily basis
execute weekly optimization cycles for adwords, facebook, and other channels (including a/b testing and bid optimization)
research keywords and expand campaigns in line with performance marketing frameworks
execute framework test and report on results
coordinate graphics with designer
coordinate with anglophone performance marketers
manage and optimise dfp placements
investigate new features on existing ad platforms
research performance marketing best practices
