Puma Energy also provides a robust platform for independent entrepreneurs to develop their businesses, by providing a viable alternative to traditional market supply sources. 1-Job Description 2- Create an environment focused on flawless execution of activities with emphasis on safety and controlsProvide a first in class customer service. 3- Handle or participate in negotiations with potential clients as well as preparing offers. 4- Request contracts and maintain control of validity periods 5- Provide support to clients for the inventory control of fuels and technical advice for the sale of the company products. 6- Support the implementation of the Global Business and Strategic Accounts models as requested by the Commercial Manager within the territory ; 7- Build and maintain an updated a comprehensive prospects pipeline by using the Pipeline management Tool SPANCOP (Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiate, Close, Order, Payment) and through Sales Tools to convert the prospects/customers. Provide advice and support to clients with administrative needs and implementation as well as the execution of the Business plans and all the norms, standards and commercial procedures of the company 9- Evaluate the price changes according to the budget, competition and the needs of the independent market in order to increase the sales Maintain close and constant communication with the Customers Service /Operations/Logistics/Finances/ & all other departments required ; Provide a first in class customer service. Maintain an update list of fuel prices, oil and lubricants, etc. and notify the providers/clients about any changes in prices Monitor projected sales volume, monthly results analysis, and the elaboration of sales and invoicing reports Elaboration of credits notes related to Price adjustments, or invoice annulment; Foster the communication and cross-functional cooperation required to operate in a matrix organization, including Marketing programs, Pricing, Global Business, Strategic Accounts, Customer Service, demand forecasting, Technical Services, Controllers, Fuels & Lubes Marketing and others. Work Experience: Business Administration/Management, Sales and Commercial Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA): Industrial Engineering (Required) Skills: Advance excel skill in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS office, Visio with Macros, Having a friendly, engaging personality is preferred with confident manner Languages: English, French |
