Municipality Center Sarajevo in Partnership with the United Nations Development Program has announced the Public Call to strengthen partnership relations between civil society organizations and LGUs by building awareness of the usefulness of mutual cooperation and encouraging sustainable dialogue, all with the aim of providing better services to the local community.

The activity is carried out as part of the ReLOaD2 project, financed by the European Union (EU), and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in six countries of the region, namely: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Serbia.

Objectives
General objective of the call for project proposals and priorities
The general goal of this call is to further strengthen partnership relations between civil society organizations and LGUs by building awareness of the usefulness of mutual cooperation and encouraging sustainable dialogue, all with the aim of providing better services to the local community.
Thematic areas, such as social services for the most vulnerable, social inclusion, gender equality, environmental protection, human rights and similar are in the focus of the ReLOaD2 project.
This is an opportunity to invite all civil society organizations (CSOs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina to submit project proposals related to the development goals and strategic documents of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo, from the following priority areas:

Priorities
This is an opportunity to invite all civil society organizations (CSOs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina to submit project proposals related to the development goals and strategic documents of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo, from the following priority areas:
Informal Education
Prevention of various forms of discrimination in society;
Innovative education for parents and young people (work with children with the aim of encouraging talents, support in the development of modern technologies);
Raising the awareness of young people about the potential of deficit occupations (among primary and secondary school students);
Popularization of cultural activities of persons of III age and informal education in the field of digital technologies;
Culture
Improving the quality and availability of cultural content for all categories of the population through the promotion of various forms of culture, art, cultural and artistic amateurism and volunteerism;
Sports
Popularization and popularization of amateur sports in an innovative way;
Sports projects for children and people from socially excluded categories;
Youth Support
Projects that encourage research, development and innovation among young people;
Projects that encourage and affirm volunteering among young people;
Support for children and young people at risk of unwanted behavior through innovative methods and work programs;
Support For Children And Youth With Developmental Difficulties And Disabilities
Promotion of the importance of early intervention as a condition for a quality life;
Improving the quality and availability of cultural content for children with developmental difficulties and disabilities;
Protection Of The Environment And Ecology
Green urban renewal (green infrastructure);
Projects that promote environmental protection, environmental protection and waste management;
Projects that promote animal protection and educate the population about humane care, adoption and solving the problem of abandoned animals.
Funding Information
The value of project proposals to be awarded under this call must be between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

minimum amount: 10,000.00KM
maximum amount: 50,000.00KM
Expected Results
In this section, you should list the results of the project. This is the basis on which the project will be evaluated. Expected results are more detailed than the overall goal and individual goals and should be verifiable through objectively verifiable indicators (OPI). This section should not exceed one page.

(OPI) must be:

Specific: clearly defined that, where, when, how and for whom the situation will change ; to define gender classification as well;
Measurable: that it is possible to quantify the goals and benefits; that it is possible to analyze the benefits for both sexes;
Achievable: that it is possible to achieve the goals (taking into account the resources and capacities available to the community);
Realistic: that it is possible to achieve the level of change that reflects the goal;
Time bound: specify the time period in which each will be achieved.
Eligibility Criteria
Participation in this public call is open, on equal grounds, to all formally registered CSOs (association/association or foundation), in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In order to apply for the public call, applicants must:
be a formally registered CSO in accordance with valid legal regulations (association/association or foundation);
Potential applicants cannot participate in the call or receive grants if they do not submit a signed and scanned statement of eligibility with the project proposal.
This public call is not open to branches of foreign and international associations, foundations and other non-profit organizations registered and operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Applicants will be excluded from participation in the call or from the awarding of grants if, at the time of the call for submission of project proposals, they are:
subjects of conflict of interest (eg employees of partner LGUs who at the same time hold executive or management roles in CSOs);
provided false information or failed to provide required information;
tried to obtain confidential information, influenced the evaluation committee or the authorized party for contracts during the evaluation process of the call for submission of project proposals.
Applicants can apply independently or in partnership with other civil society organizations/NGOs.
