Do you have what it takes?
Under the supervision of the WACA YODA Program Manager,
- You will perform monthly analysis of the ERP, HRIS, MERL & SAP performance across WACA and facilitate countries to fully process business transactions in ERP, MERL & SAP systems and accurately.
- You will analyse process flows across countries and advises where there are irregularities and blockages.
- You will anchor and disseminate key communications and engagement messages including changes
- You work with NOs, GA on ERP, MERL & SAP financial and grants audit and reporting related matters
- You will review all Donor financial reports from countries for projects above Euro1 million and ensures a complete Audit trail
- You will work closely with Finance, Projects, Procurement and Grants teams to check country ERP, MERL & SAP records readiness for financial year end closure and NO grant reporting at year end.
- You will train and coordinate the business systems in-order to establish a strong community of practice meetings and shares best practices.
- You will ensure the business unit administrators of HRIS have access and are well trained in key tasks of Organization structure management, Reporting and Data capture
- You will work with global project leads and country IT managers to ensure availability of training resources and easy access.
- You will review ERP, MERL & SAP internal audit reports jointly with the line manager and supports countries to address areas of weakness.
- You will review the regional and country ERP, MERL & SAP related risks and facilities implementation of remedial actions.
- You engage the HR-OD Partner on HRIS related roll out reporting and regular updating, key challenges and lesson learning.
- You will ensure that Plan International’s global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility.
