Job Description:

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, making travel, meeting and event arrangements, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

Job KPI:

– Completion of tasks in a timely manner and with accuracy (first time, every time)
– Efficiency in organisation skills
– Customer satisfaction oriented (internal & external)
– Capacity to add value with a culture of constantly seeking to save time & money

Candidate Profile:

– Experience & attitude more important
– Basic level of education as a minimum e.g. High School Diploma
– Masters word, excel, and PowerPoint
– Hard working, rigorous and able to work autonomously
– Good oral and written communication skills
– Ability to organize and coordinate
– Knows how to manage and follow a budget
– Takes ownership of duties and initiatives within his/hers scope of responsibility
– Outgoing/positive attitude
– « Can do » attitude / Problem solver
– Good interpersonal relations
– Able to work with different functions, different cultures, different personalities
– Speaks fluent French, English and Wolof and writes a perfect French and English.
