Key qualifications of the intern
University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations;
Previous experience (internship) in Human Resources;
Experienced in using Microsoft Office;
Agile and flexible, capable of dealing with ambiguity and confront challenges and opportunities with speed, endurance and decisiveness;
Thrive for improvements and constant development;
Fluent in both French and English
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Your mission at Phillip Morris
As an intern in our department, you will team up with the Organizational Development Manager (MOD), within the People & Culture Department to:
Support with recruitment process (sourcing, screening & interviews)
Liaise with temporary work agencies following managers & supervisors requests
Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports;
Create and update new staff folders
Plan and follow up new staff onboarding
Support with employees competence development planning;
Support in staff training organization
Participate in P&C employee engagement projects
Manage People & Culture portals
Draft, publish and follow up with People & Culture communications
Participate in all People & Culture Projects
The People & Culture Trainee will assist the Organizational Development Manager in all of the department’s activities.
He or she will ensure that every requests are followed up and treated in time.
