Key qualifications of the Operations Finance Trainee
• Master Degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Agile and flexible, capable of dealing with ambiguity, and confront challenges and opportunities with speed, endurance and decisiveness;
• Thrive for improvements and constant development;
• Fluent in both French and English
• Proper communication skills The Operations Financial Trainee will provide the necessary cost analysis to the Factory controller and support him with Operations Management in order to make control decisions in line with the cost strategy envisaged by the company.

He or she will handle the following activities:
• Prepare, calculate and analyze FME budgets (Original Budget and Revised Forecast)
• Work closely with the Operations department, in order to constructively challenge manufacturing assumptions.
• Ensure proper valuation and recording of inventories (including stock count & analysis & adjustments).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures and related operations
• Analyze the costs of fixed manufacturing cost centers in co-operation with the cost center managers.
