The opportunity
Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal is seeking an IT Commercial Trainee who will join the Information Technology Team. You will team-up with the Senior IT Analyst to:
- Assist to Plan, co-ordinate and manage projects of various complexity between several PM entities and business partners (vendors).
- Support existing or new Information Systems, Software components and technical infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations through ongoing maintenance and administration.
- Handle and optimize incident management discipline.
- Support internal stakeholders for the assimilation of the tools and issues troubleshooting / resolution
- Work closely with Marketing team for the Consumer engagement activities, configure devices as per schedule and maintain Consumer engagement Tools OS accurate
- Assist for the business analytics implementation for PAE affiliates reporting
- Investigate, propose, plan and roll out upgrades and new IT technology including technical infrastructure – based on application projects needs and/or technological evolution.
- Build Stakeholders Intimacy and maintain a proactive support
