To keep the accounting and to assist in financial reporting and accounting of the Country Office, including travel expense reports and reconciling bank statements.
To be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operation related to a defined accounting area.

Job Requirements Essential

Graduate in relevant field and /or partly qualified accountant (DEC or BTS in accounting or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in providing range of finance support services ideally in the NGO sector and community based organization
Master depth of computer software (Software, Excel, Access, Internet) and a standard accounting software
Proven experience of operating computerised accounting systems and coding systems and use
Good command of French and ability to work and commucicat in english
Proven ability to work in a challenging and progressive working environment: Ability to work independently and under pressure, as well in a team.
