Votre rôleSupervise and guide district managers to maximize sales, plan future growth revenue and profitability for his  assigned district.Manage the daily operations to meet the company business goals.Enhance GA market share against the competitors among his assigned area.Conduct regular meetings with Orange partners & employees to discuss performance progress against assigned sales and quality targets & develop the needed action plan.Develop strong relationship with our partners for new business opportunities within the assigned area.Analyze Daily/ Weekly/Monthly sales performance , improve sales figures and take corrective actions whenever neededFollow up stock levels & replenishment process to secure stock levels against assigned targets.Innovate customized / advanced types of sales channels to grab new opportunities and satisfy customer needsManage new locations rollout ,fulfilling all sales requirements :searching & validating proposed locations in alignment  with the geo marketing ,facilities & technology teams.Forecast the stock orders before each Q to ensure proper stock levels against targets.Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time.Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs in coordination with HRBP.Conduct regular meeting with orange partners and employees to discuss performance progress against assigns sales, Quality targets and develop the needed action planImprove marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.Review sales and Quality achievements analysis with the head of Regional Sales on a monthly basis and to agree on the action planPerform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity.Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.Evaluate employees and direct reports performance and develop individual development plans.Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.Propose potential communication plan/locations within the assigned areaDeploy focal point between the assigned area and other departments.
Votre profilEducationUniversity graduate, MBA is preferable
ExperienceMinimum 8 years experience in sales or customer service including 4 year in a team leading capacity.
CompétencesVery good English both spoken and written.Very good computer skills.High customer orientation and solving problems ability.Able to work under pressure.Enthusiastic, reliable, meets deadlines and able to make things happen.Good communications and selling skills.Negotiation skillsAnalytical thinkingCommercial understanding of P&LProblem solving and decision making skillsCoaching and leadership skills.
