Technical Expertise
• Proficient in handling complex development projects, software tools and technologies, database concepts, and architectural designs
• Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements

Management Skills
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
• Create, update, communicate and follow up the Integrated Project Plan using EPM
• Experienced enough to proactively forecast, identify, manage & mitigate risks as early as possible
• Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
• Assure all members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities
• Prioritize and approve releases schedule and other project deliverables
• Provide project progress reports, updates, timelines and required information to direct management/Business Project Manager
• Closely monitor changes and estimations with assuring impact analysis are done with agreement from all functional members
• Resolve conflicts between team members
• Assure all team members are utilized effectively
• Serve as focal point of communication between cross-functions & Business Project Manager
• Responsible of project compliance, governance and lessons learned
• Budget & cost monitoring
