Votre rôleUnderstanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.Oversee all products with Marketing team & development procedures to identify deviations from quality standardsGet feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met by meetings with customersConsider customer complaints and issues Developments & SolutionsAssist in Initiating quality assessment tool for Enterprise Sales & Marketing  Ensuring the timely delivery of status to customers during an eventSet customer expectation on issue / next stepsTracks to ensure the Enterprise Sales are conforming to SLAs..Prepare weekly quality control reports annotating observations and monthly reports documenting inspection efforts, on a daily basis as work is performed to the Manager.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systemAssure that all Orange Products & Services it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations through an observant with an eye for detail.
Votre profilEducationBachelor degree from a recognized university in Business administration, Economics or Engineering.Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.
ExperienceMinimum 4  years of experience in customer relation & Quality Control.
