The Open Contracting Partnership and Hivos are seeking action research partners to contribute to more effective procurement to address the COVID-19 pandemic.

Projects will be selected on a rolling basis.

Application

Please submit a short document (5 pages max) outlining:
the research questions you will explore,
how you will approach data collection,
the methodology you want to pursue,
how you intend to make your findings actionable,
and what measurable impact you would hope could be achieved if your recommendations are implemented.
Please also summarize and cite a similar research project that resulted in actionable policy recommendations (and subsequent resulting reforms if relevant).
