About the position: You will be responsible for all technical activities (non-IT) in multiple countries of operation and you will manage the entire technical team to carry out the tests, analyzes and repairs of domestic solar systems and their components as well as the training of teams. This position will require periodic field visits and visits to other countries of operation to meet Oolu customers and our office and field team for training and to pilot test new products and accessories. Main Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage all technical activities in all countries; 2. Manage after-sales service with suppliers; 3. Develop standard procedures for installation and repairs; 4. Assist the Technical Director in the selection and testing of new products or solar systems by reviewing design specifications and functional requirements 5. Recommend technical changes to improve the efficiency and quality of solar products; 6. Provide technical guidance and support to installation and repair teams; 7. Provide consultation, advice and expert advice to management on technical matters related to systems or processes. 8. Develop and implement a training program for field and office staff. Skills and qualities: • Holder of an engineering degree (Bac +5) in renewable energies, electricity, electronics or equivalent; • Excellent knowledge of solar energy, electricity and electronics • Practical experience of at least 3 years in the repair and maintenance of electronic and solar equipment (SHS, TV, etc.); • Ability to manage and form a team; • Ability to analyze and process data / information (knowledge of excel or google sheet); • Ability to analyze new and complex technical problems and propose solutions • Have a good level in English • Think creatively and be proactive!
