We’re looking for a Reconfirmation Agent to join our team in Dakar.
About the Role:

Ensure all land services (hotels, transfers, activities, among others) are reconfirmed before client trips, liaising with local suppliers and following client-specific procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in the travel industry
• Fluent English & French
• Comfortable with computers and operational systems
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Good judgment and attention to detail
