Nuffic launches Food and Nutrition Security Grant Program in Benin

Nuffic is seeking applications for its program entitled “Food and Nutrition Security” to strengthen the organizational and institutional capacity of technical and vocational secondary schools for efficient and effective water management in the food and nutrition value chains.
Impacts
The project proposal should contribute to End Hunger (SDG 2) in the Republic of Benin and have the following long-term impacts:
- Reduce malnutrition and stimulate innovation;
- Stimulate the growth of agricultural productivity;
- Create ecologically sustainable production systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for a grant for OKP group training, an application must concern the conduct of training for candidates fulfilling the following criteria:
- Candidates work for one of the following types of training: national and / or local organizations: ministries, institutions for secondary or higher vocational or academic education, universities, the private sector, commissions or NGOs.
- Candidates can not work for:
- a bilateral or multilateral organization;
- a non-governmental organization that operates at the international level and whose activity focuses on the representation of social interests, such as development cooperation, the protection of nature and the environment, health or human rights. man.
