Job Description
- To oversee, manage and support management of Patient Safety (PS) processes at Country Patient Safety Organization in ensuring compliance with Novartis global/local procedures, national and international regulations/ standards/guidelines for safety management of Novartis group marketed and investigational products (drugs and devices).
- To drive and monitor the local implementation and compliance of global Risk Management Plan (RMP) commitments for Safety Risk Management Plans and local amendments to these plans as required.

Minimum Requirements
Education (minimum/desirable): Health Care Sciences Professional (e.g. Medical Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist) or equivalent education, training and experience.
Languages
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of local language
- Knowledge of other languages desirable
Experience/Professional requirement:
- At least 3 years experience in drug safety
- OR at least 5 years experience as medical advisor or study manager
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Quality and focus oriented
- Computer skills
