Job Description
- Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function
- Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.
Position ideally based in Dakar as preference
Minimum requirements
- University degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing + MBA highly appreciated
- French spoken + english proficient.
- 5 years in Pharma industry with at least 3 years of operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience.
- Strategic overview and business understanding
- Candidate must possess a high degree of technical expertise, have exceptional selling skills, and must be familiar with the Oncology community.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required and must be able to organize and prioritize.
- The ability to overcome challenges with creativity, adaptability and flexibility.
