Nominations open for the Social Impact Award in Croatia!

Are you ready to make a social change? Then you can apply for the Social Impact Award.

The Social Impact Award consists of a series of events and workshops aimed at spreading and raising awareness of social entrepreneurship. Through the program, they teach participants the skills necessary to turn ideas into entrepreneurial ventures and provide them with access to mentors and professionals in the implementation of ideas and help promote the best teams!

The Award is working to create a community of young people who turn their intentions into action. They support them in the development of social enterprises that face today’s most challenging problems.

The Social Impact Award program is launched to support young social worker entrepreneurs in the early stages of development and implementation of innovative business solutions that deal with key social challenges in more than 15 countries of Europe, Asia and Africa. The program offers to all participants a free series of workshops through which they are provided with support for the development of ideas and the acquisition of new ones knowledge, as well as the opportunity to get to know the local community of social entrepreneurs.

Social Impact Award addresses young social innovators who want to solve social or environmental problems in an innovative way by starting projects, initiatives and organizations. Ideas can be developed in different areas such as poverty reduction, health, education, environment, energy, information and communication technologies, human rights, equal opportunities and in many other areas.

Prizes Information

Two forms of reward:

• Jury award: 3 winning projects with the best rating from the jury were awarded €1,300.00 gross. Apart from the prizes, the winners also win entry to the SIA Summit for one team member per project. The SIA Summit brings together all SIA winners from 2023 from all SIA countries, as well as SIA alumni from previous years. In 2023, it will be held in November in Belgrade, Serbia. Participation includes transportation, accommodation and food for the entire duration of the SIA Summit.
• Community Award: One finalist project is awarded entry to the SIA Summit for one team member per project. The SIA Summit brings together all SIA winners from 2023 from all SIAs state. In 2023, it will be held in November in Belgrade, Serbia. Participation includes transportation, accommodation and food for the entire duration of the SIA Summit.
