Mobile Networks, which includes mobile network products, network deployment and technical support services, and related network management. This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It targets leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.
Job Role Description
Product, Services & Operations Controlling (PSO) comprises the strategic business controlling to drive business unit / product / operations financial performance. Covers provision of decision support to unit leaders including new business plans, product profitability and pricing, offer controlling, etc.. Covers financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the respective business unit.
The Business Controller is accountable for managing, controlling and continuously improving financial performance of a business organisation. Also responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities. Ensures compliance of the related activities with Nokia’s accounting principles, internal controls policies, and reporting procedures as well as with external rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
- Manages, controls and continuously improves the financial performance of the BG for the area of responsibility.
- Finance representative & business partner in the RBC.
- Deep understanding of forecast & inputs coming from different stakeholders (PMs/FPCs)/CX..)
- Accountable/responsible to challenge and complete the forecast for the unit
- Provides financial strategic insights on Forecasted numbers and advice on innovative business schemes.
- Key customer interface for all financial matters (single point of interface)
- Performs financial risk management, controlling risks and opportunities in financials.
- Drives together with RBC, BG Asset Improvement topics.
- Provides financial expertise for customer offers when required for the BG cases, and supports negotiations regarding financial matters, as per License to Deal process.
- Responsible for reviewing, preparing & presenting all new won sales cases for the BG to the RRB, and performer or approver of subsequent reviews.
- Performer of certain BG SOX controls & completion check for their area of responsibility.
- Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, reporting guidelines, processes, tools and internal controls in the BG
Key Competencies

Key Qualification
First &/or Second degree in any Finance/Accounting related subjects.
ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA Qualification.
