Objectifs

Les projets doivent être conçus pour atteindre les objectifs suivants :
Les participants acquièrent des compétences en leadership, en entrepreneuriat social et en engagement communautaire pour favoriser la coopération régionale par le biais de projets sociaux évolutifs et financièrement durables au sein de leurs communautés locales.
Participants form and sustain an alumni cohort poised to substantively engage on issues related to social cohesion, conflict resolution, and reconciliation within their region.
Participants demonstrate their acquired skills through the execution of socially minded projects – including those with a social-entrepreneurship element – in their home communities.

Participants and Audiences

In coordination with the implementing partner, the participating missions would recruit and select youth participants who meet the following eligibility requirements:
University and immediate-post-university students between the ages of 20 and 24, equitably divided between males and females, and evenly divided between the three participating S. Caucasus countries.
Be selected through a merit-based competition; and
Represent the diversity of their home countries.
Eligibility Criteria

U.S. Embassy Baku welcomes applications from U.S.-based non-profit/non-governmental organizations subject to section 501(c) (3) of the U.S. tax code.
Applicants must have existing, or the capacity to develop, active partnerships with local in-country partners, entities, and relevant stakeholders and have successfully administered similar projects.
Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
