Nixacom recrute 01 Social Media Director

As the Social Media Director at Nixacom, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will be the voice of Nixacom on social media, ensuring that our brand message is consistently and effectively communicated.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Nixacom’s brand values and business goals. Create engaging posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Daily Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms in a timely manner. Foster relationships with followers to build a loyal online community.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns to promote Nixacom’s products and services. Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize results.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with Nixacom’s brand identity, voice, and messaging guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach efforts. Share customer feedback from social media with the relevant teams.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to keep Nixacom’s social media presence fresh and innovative.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that outlines upcoming posts, campaigns, and key dates. Ensure timely posting and coordination across all platforms.
• Crisis Management: Handle any potential PR issues or negative feedback on social media with professionalism and in accordance with Nixacom’s guidelines.
