NIXACOM recrute 01 Marketing Specialist
This is a full-time remote role as a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day marketing activities, including market research, sales, and customer service. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for marketing strategy development, implementation, and reporting.
- Market Research: – Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in West Africa. – Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategic marketing decisions.
- Brand Development: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence for the technology company in West Africa. – Create compelling brand messaging that emphasizes affordable financing options.
- Content Creation:- Generate engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. – Collaborate with the content team to produce materials that communicate the company’s mission and value proposition effectively.
- Digital Marketing:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach the target audience. – Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Customer Acquisition:- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive user adoption of the affordable financing solutions. – Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting:- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. – Provide regular reports to the management team, detailing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements.
- Customer Engagement: – Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention. – Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong market research, sales, and customer service skills
- Experience with marketing strategy development, implementation, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with tech industry or financing is a plus
- French and English speaking experience
