We focus on production-grade AI, combining machine learning, LLMs, and solid software engineering.
Your Role
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling our AI systems,
with a strong emphasis on:
- software engineering best practices,
- backend & API development,
- and deploying AI/LLM-powered systems in real-world environments.
This is a fully remote role, compensated based on deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI systems for KYC, fraud detection, and credit risk scoring.
- Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.).
- Build and maintain robust REST APIs to expose AI models and decision engines.
- Contribute to backend architecture and real-time processing pipelines.
- Develop intelligent decision engines (scoring, business rules, recommendations).
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Work autonomously with clearly defined goals and deliverables.
Required Profile
- Experience building AI/ML products in production environments.
- Strong background in applied AI and machine learning.
- Solid experience in software engineering and backend API development.
- Good proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs integration or fine-tuning.
- Good understanding of scalability, performance, and security.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional fluency in English and French (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, credit, or fraud detection.
- Knowledge of KYC / AML / compliance frameworks.
Experience with:
- microservices architectures,
- Docker / containerization,
- model deployment pipelines (MLOps).
