New and Emerging Talent Initiative (NETI)

The NETI Programme is currently recruiting candidates for the position of Human Resources Specialist, P-3, in Panamathrough the e-Recruitment system until the deadline of 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 28 December 2015. ARE YOU A NETI? 

1. Are you proficient in English and another official language of the UN i.e. Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish?
2. Have you completed an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent)?
3. Do you have 2-5 years of professional work experience?
4. Are you willing to serve in any UNICEF office worldwide, including hardship duty stations?
